The Cognisant Group was founded by Ruman & Jas in 2021 to build on over 25 years of their experience investing in property. Given the ongoing housing shortage in the UK and in particular, the lack of high quality, energy efficient housing, this has become their more recent focus. This drove them to diversifying their property portfolios to help more people in a responsible way by providing safe yet affordable homes that they need.
